To search the database for the form to use in Welsh, type a name or part of the name in the search box.

After clicking the Search button, any entries which correspond to your search will be shown below.

The contents of each column can be sorted in alphabetical order by clicking on the column title. This allows the results of a search to be arranged by county or parish, for example.

To show additional information about an entry, click on the ‘+’ sign. This will show details such as definitions, some of the other forms that you might come across, and a web connection to a map of the place in question.

If there are no results for your search, you can send us an enquiry by clicking on the Enquiry button which is to be found on the top right of the page. Fill in the form and click the Send button.
